This policy applies to all products and services provided by CAD Art Designs, including jewelry renders, catalogs, and custom designs.

Refunds are only applicable under exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors in delivery or duplicate payments. Custom renders and digital catalogs are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or delivery has been made.

Orders can be canceled before work begins. Once the project has started, cancellations may not be accepted. For custom work, partial refunds may be offered at CAD Art Designs’ discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. CAD Art Designs reserves the right to deduct any applicable charges.

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations should be reported via email or WhatsApp. We will attempt to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
